Greetings world builders!
Another real quick update to let you wonderful folks know that everything is packed and ready to go! (That wasn't supposed to be a rap...)
Mass production is complete, and the manufacturing team have everything wrapped up ready for their journey! What happenes next? The shipment is loaded into the freight process, and taken to the docks to await loading onto the ship(/s), which will take them to their assigned fulfillment centre 'hubs' strategically placed around the globe.
My head spins just thinking about this scale :)

Freight and Shipping - micro update

Greetings world builders!
Just a real quick update to let you know that mass production has finished (HOORAY) and the teams are just arranging final freight and shipping plans, which will presumably begin in the coming weeks.
I appreciate that this has been a long journey, thank you so much for being so supportive and, well, for making all of this possible! You guys are what this world needs, truly!
Anyway, that's the end. I'll post another update as soon as I know details/timeline for the next stage :)
Project we love - Studium | No Exit
I'm really excited about this one! Finally a game to tick all of the boxes of the board games that I love, in one package!
This one has sound, so prepare your ears! One of the awesome manufacturer team packing the GM screens :)
Timelines
Mass production is almost complete. The manufacturers have said we will likely push into next week as there was a delay with the card decks, but once that's all squared away we should be hitting freight (transport to the ship) right away! Once we're on water, ATLAS will be moving to various fulfillment hubs around the world, ready to go to your door! I'll update again once I have details of that.
UK Games Expo
It was really great to see you at the UK Games Expo last week, getting your hands on everything and having a play!! I've waited a long time to see your joyous faces enjoying ATLAS :D
Upcoming project - Plain Terrain battle maps
I'm really excited about this one, especially after seeing your faces playing with early copies at the UK Games Expo! I couldn't find anything like this for my home games anywhere, so I thought "well....I guess it's my next Kickstarter then" :)

Timelines
Mass production is currently underway (manufacturing pictures incoming soon), and my manufacturers assure me that we're still on track to complete mass production around June 15th. From that point everything will be shipped to the distribution hubs in your area of the world (I'll get you a more accurate timeline on that as we move into that shipping phase), packed, and posted to you!
UK Games Expo 1-1007
The UK Games Expo is the 3rd largest TTRPG and boardgames expo in the world, and it's THIS COMING WEEKEND! I'm at booth 1-1007 and will be showcasing ATLAS in person for the first time (as well as my upcoming project Plain Terrain which is coming to Kickstarter around September time), so come and try it all out! If you're attending, do come and say hello, and play with ATLAS in person at booth 1-1007 (Hall 1)!

I feel like someone is playing a prank on me, how is it almost May...?
Maps
Some of you commented on the last update asking if the maps are gridded (as you couldn't see the grids from the photos I posted in the update).
All of the maps ARE gridded. The grid lines we opted for in the final design stages were corner crosses, rather than a full chunky grid covering all of your immersive environments. These crosses are less intrusive, and allow a greater sense of atmosphere on the table.

Some grids which were too faint have been readjusted throughout this process, to make sure that the grid on every map is clearly visible :)
Timelines
I received the final mass production plan from the manufacturers earlier this week, following a very long production meeting, which outlines the schedule for everything. Production, assembly, and packing, ready to be freighted and shipped off to the hubs for delivery.
Mass production is happening as you read this, overseas the factory is steaming away producing everything ready for you to lay on your table! 1 complete set is going to be packaged and couriered over to me in the UK (from China), and once this has been given the green light the factory will continue to mass produce everything ready for shipping.
The manufacturers have told me that mass production will be completed, and ready for freight & shipping by early early-mid June. This is a little behind schedule, but the good news is that in a little over a month all of your goodies will be on their way to your front door! (And the rate time is moving this year it'll be with you before you know it!)
UK Games Expo 1-1007
Here's a window into my life -
I booked the 2023 UKGE (June 2 - June 4) way back in 2022, to exhibit the wonderful ATLAS goodies to the world, and fully geared myself up to sell my newly created physical products for the first time. Because, of course, they'd be manufactured by then.........and as luck would have it, the stock won't be ready in time for the convention (probably missed by about 2 weeks...) :D
Yes, I have to laugh about it.
So as I won't be able to sell anything in person, instead, I will now be showing these wonderful items to the world, letting you all get your hands on them just before they're delivered to you! So if anyone is attending, do come and say hello, and play with ATLAS in person! I'll be at booth 1-1007 (Hall 1)
